Hello lovelies!! January was the month where I focused on my mental, physical, and emotional health. This month I used a habit tracker to track how well I kept up with my 5 resolutions for the month. I've always been kind of wary of habit trackers because I've always worried it would cause an unhealthy relationship with whatever it is that I'm tracking, but I have to say it was actually very motivating and empowering. It also helped me to keep track of the decisions I was making during the day and gave me time to reflect on how I was feeling at the end of the day. You can check out the habit tracker on the left. I'm going to go through my specific goals and what I did during the month to keep up with them, so let's go!
