Hello everyone!!! I was requested to write this post a little while ago, and I'm super excited to write it because I think it's super relevant in the world we live in today.
Life is always so fast paced, and that means its easy so to get caught up in its whirlwind. Often times we go from one activity to the next without taking a second to stop and think about how we're feeling and to just focus a little bit on where our headspace is at. I'm going to be honest, I've kind of fallen off the traditional meditation train, but meditation can come in so many different forms, so I'm going to list out a few things I like to do to get my mindset right:
