Anyone else having a rough year? School has been way harder and busier this year and barely a day has gone by without me being stressed. I feel like I've been working like crazy but it feels like every time I finish something on my list there's like 12 more new things I still have to do. I've been in a cycle of overworking myself without ever crossing the finish line of stuff to do and it has been frustrating to say the least. FORTUNATELY there is still hope and good things in the world, and I wanted to talk about how to handle some of the stress that comes along with school.
Hey guys!!! I'm am SO EXCITED to announce that I released my booklet about body image last week!! A bunch of you have already signed up for it which makes me so happy and I can't wait so hear what you guys think about it!! Today I wanted to share a little part of the booklet in the form of a blog post. It's in the same form as the booklet is-- a quote or two at the top, followed by my thoughts on the quote, a song to listen to, a journal prompt, and a main idea to summarize the whole thing. A few things I've learned about life thus far:
HEY GUYS! I'M BACK!! I've been gone forever and I'm going to talk about why I was gone and why it relates to stress and all of that good stuff, but before I start I have some really good news!!
