good morning guys!! see what i did there? i love the mornings. i never used to be a morning person, and i'm still not one of those people who wakes up at 5:30 or something crazy like that, but i've learned that mornings are such a productive time for me, and i've learned to use that knowledge to make my life a little easier. i'm always exhausted at the end of the day, so getting everything done at the beginning of the day allows me to actually enjoy and spend quality time on the things i need two get done, instead of rushing through them so i can get to bed. i'm just going to run through my current morning routine with you guys, so here we go.
we need it. summer can be a time where we neglect quality rest. for me, i wake up semi-early, i go to work, i come home and hang out with friends until it's late, then i stay up for hours, only to have to wake up bright and early the next day. but lately i've realized the importance of attending to my need of sleep and rest.

good morning! or good afternoon! or good night! i'm not sure when you're reading this, but i hope that whatever time you're at is a good one.
hello beautiful!! it's been a minute!! while i'm aware that i don't have thousands of people reading my blog each week, i'm not unaware that i have a decent amount of your lovely selves visiting my site from time to time, and i figured i ought to give you all an explanation for my lack of motivation for my blog/social media/email/happiness project/etc.
Hey guys! Today I wanted to talk about holding a high appreciation for ourselves. This is something that is very important, especially when you are building relationships with other people. It is important to hold a high respect for yourself and your body. Knowing your worth and having appreciation is key to having relationships with people. Today I mainly want to focus on how this is important with boyfriend/girlfriend type relationships, but I might focus on the importance of this with other types of relationships later on.
